To delete your Google account completely follow these steps:

Step 3: Sign in to your that Google account which you wants to delete permanently.
Step 4: Now click on Data and Personalisation.
Step 5: Scroll down and click on delete a service or your account.
Step 6: Now click on delete your Google account.
Step 7: Verify your account by entering password.
Step 8: Now scroll down and check the two boxes and click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
Now you have successfully deleted your Google Account. It will take upto 90 days for Google to remove your account completely. Till then you should not sign in again because if you do so it will again get recovered.
